• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. Assumption of Risk By participating in rehab coaching, strength coaching, or bike fitting session, you acknowledge that cycling and related activities involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the session.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Movement LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northern Movement LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.
